Curated by ETSU graduate student Lyn A. Govette and ETSU alumnus Jess Hillyer, BEHIND THE LENS is an exhibition of photographs by female artists drawn exclusively from the collection of The Do Good Fund, a non-profit collection of contemporary Southern photography. Established in 2012, Do Good's mission is to make their collection accessible not only to regional museums and galleries but to non-traditional venues that support community-based programming throughout the South.

The exhibition features images that collectively examine the complexity of the South through a female lens, while representing a wide range of approaches and sensibilities. It is not to be missed, so please join us for First Friday's opening reception and gallery talk with Do Good founder Alan Rothschild.
